What are exosomes?
Exosomes – microscopic extracellular vesicles or bubbles secreted into the intercellular space by cells of various tissues. Exosomes contain signaling substances that “tell” neighboring cells what and when to do. Human stem cell exosomes are the active ingredient in our products.
Activates signaling pathways of the reparative cycle, cells restore the microenvironment. For the skin, this is expressed in increased proliferation of keratinocytes, restoration of the balance of reconstitution of the extracellular matrix, normalization of melanin synthesis.
On regional progenitor cells, triggering a cascade of migration reactions and recruitment of other cellular elements and their differentiation. Microcirculation and cellular immunity are restored in tissues. Undesirable inflammatory reactions are blocked.
Microelements and amino acids help maintain a high level of metabolism in tissues, promote accelerated cell regeneration, improve their nutrition and stimulate regeneration processes.

Educational programs for doctors
Our team, together with InBioPharma specialists, develops and regularly conducts exosomal schools for the professional community of doctors of various specialties. The training is conducted offline based at our IBC Clinic.
Consists of two days a rich educational program, including:
- A tour of the Clinic with a visit to the biotechnology laboratory,
- Fundamental and practical part with analysis of clinical cases and protocols for the use of exosomal products.
At present, training programs have been developed in two areas:
Cosmetology-dermatology And Genecology-reproductology for specialists in relevant fields.
