Algorithm:

1. Sampling 32.7-40 ml of venous blood;
2. Calculation of the concentration of platelets in the patient's blood (CLA);
3. Work in a biotechnological laboratory in class A clean rooms
   (two-stage centrifugation, filtration and purification) to obtain
   the required concentration of platelets;
4. Counting the concentration of platelets to confirm the quality of the product;
5. Three-stage physical activation (cryolysis);
6. Introduction of PRP to the patient / cryopreservation.
